Withdrawing Your Hackathon Application

Learn how to withdraw your Devfolio hackathon application before or after acceptance.

There are two scenarios in which you can withdraw your application:

  1. Before you get accepted to attend a hackathon.
  2. After you get accepted to attend a hackathon.

Withdrawing Before Acceptance

  1. Log in to Devfolio and click on the profile toolbar in the top-right corner.
  2. Click on My Hackathons.
  3. Click on the hackathon you'd like to withdraw from.
  1. Click on the hyperlink Withdraw your individual application.
  1. Confirm your selection when prompted.

Once confirmed, your application will be withdrawn and you will be redirected to the application screen where you can submit a new one.

Withdrawing After Acceptance

  1. Log in to Devfolio and click on the profile toolbar in the top-right corner.
  2. Click on My Hackathons.
  3. Click on the hackathon you'd like to withdraw from.
  4. Click on No, withdraw my participation.
  5. Confirm your selection when prompted.

Important

Once confirmed, your application will be withdrawn. You will not be able to apply again using this Devfolio profile for the same hackathon.
